Terms Of Service By signing up to Superior Emails you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. Superior Emails reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members. You agree that if you have chosen 'search' in your keywords that you are from a search friendly country. If you have chosen 'search' and you are not from a search friendly country then you are cheating the advertisers and will lose your account including all moneys owed to you. The search countries are as follows: The United States, Canada, Australia, France, The Netherlands, Spain, England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Italy, Norway, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Sweden, Iceland, New Zealand, Germany,and Portugal. You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to Superior Emails is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language. You may request payments once your account balance reaches $5 for FREE Members. Payments will be made within 30 days. Members will be paid via . If you decide to refer other people to Superior Emails you will receive % earnings on each level for Cash rewards and % earnings on each level for Points rewards. We do not allow open proxy in any way ever. If you join us or put open proxy on when you joined us we will delete and block you forever. This is to protect our advertisers from cheat clickers who signup from the wrong countries to steal from the advertisers. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join Superior Emails in the future. You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. Your membership can and may be terminated for use of clicking equipment, having more than one account from the same IP address, continually double clicking link, using open proxy servers, negitive or verbal abuse and discord toward management team, site or other members, inactivity for more than 15 days (you MUST click an email or a PTC), and clicking cheat links. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server. All personal information is stored in the Superior Emails database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give Superior Emails permission to send you newsletters regarding our program. If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Superior Emails.
